The 13 Moon/28-day count is not an earth-based system but a gift from the Galactic Maya that serves as a type of dimensional doorway to reorient the human mind to fourth-dimensional time.

It is only in the guise of a “calendar” as a mercy and a familiar bridge for the people of Earth. SS: In 1987 you were credited with being the mastermind behind the Harmonic Convergence global peace meditation and were quoted on the front page of the June 23, Wall Street Journal as saying: “…the choice between the new age and all-out destruction is ours, and we had better decide…” This quote seems more relevant than ever before. Can you say a little more about this and the implications the Harmonic Convergence continues to have on our world today?

JA: Yes, that statement of mine is more relevant now than ever before. We still have that choice to make, between a “new age” and all out destruction. But the window of time is closing fast, and so now it’s do or die. A lot of people don’t like to have deadlines and feel that it is confrontational or doomsday to say things like that. But look around. Tell me it’s not doomsday on the planet right now.  According to the Mayan prophecies we’ve got until Winter Solstice 2012, and then the cycle of history is going to be over. In the Biography of a Time Traveler as well as Time, Synchronicity and Calendar Change, I attempt to illustrate how the life pattern of Jose Arguelles/Valum Votan was a code unto itself, a type of synchronic blueprint. He was a galactic messenger deeply tuned to the inner vibrations of the planet and star system as a whole.

For example, in 2001, he had a “chance” meeting with prominent Russian astrophysicist, Alexey Dmitriev. Jose had been studying the work of Dmitriev since 1997—specifically his work on the plasma universe model and his heliospheric research—and two years prior had produced the 7:7::7:7 Telektonon Revelation, which is a practice of fractal time compression based on Dmitriev’s plasma universe model combined with the Law of Time.

When he finally met Dmitriev, they both “just happened” to be at The Roerich Museum in upper Uemon Valley in Altai, Siberia on the same day. Also as it happened, he learned that Russian artist and mystic Nicholas Roerich had been at this precise house exactly seventy-five years prior to that day, Magnetic Moon 13 of the Blue Galactic Storm year, Kin 111 (August 7, 2001). The following is my attempt to make sense of the the inner reality that has been cohering in me; there are so many overlays and streams of information to synthesize. I hope this is coherent.

In contemplating the energy beams from various pyramids, the mysterious sounds around the world, the sun, the Law of Time, Cosmic History, and the meaning of 2012, I found myself back to August 14, 2003: Red Self Existing Skywalker.

On this day I was in Ashland, Oregon with José Argüelles/Valum Votan. In his morning meditation, he received a powerful telepathic communication that he felt was transmitted from Mt. Shasta.

We got in the car and drove to Mt. Shasta. It was a beautiful summer day, and we were inspired to climb as high as we could get on the mountain. We both began to get extremely drowsy and laid on a rock, put our heads together, and went “out” or perhaps “in.”

Our minds are made of stories. But through stories and myths our mind is able to understand deeper truths. A psychomythic cosmology gives our mind a way to grasp what is otherwise ungraspable.

As we phase out of this 5,125-year galactic beam, we are also phasing out of the last fifth of the 26,000-year beam (cycle) as well. We are now completing the Monkey genesis and are set to enter the Moon Genesis on Galactic Seed (26 July, 2013). This is the point of fractal replay; like a zuvuya loop where we as a species find ourselves in the same set up as we were in 26,000 years ago (like a cosmic Groundhog Day).

Only, at that time our planet was zapped by a low frequency (12:60) beam, fell into a state of amnesia, and detoured into the cycle of “history” – a one-dimensional dreamspell of materialism and material expansion.

The purpose of this 12:60 beam was to inseminate Earth’s electromagnetic mind field with artificial time which erases cosmic memory.

The Dreamspell codes, left by the galactic Maya, are a gift meant to help correct the memory virus and regain star memory. These codes lay out a system of time magic or chronomancy, the power that brings any time, past or future, into the present.
